The St. Elizabeth Locomotive at the B&O Railroad Museum during steam days
The St. Elizabeth saddle tank steam ngine was built and run by the St. Elizabeth Hospital in Washington DC. When the hospital was closed it was donated to the Baltimore and Ohio Railroad Museum in Baltimore where it is a popular feature of their Steam Days events.
