New Year storm

I don't always take HDR images but I do like the way the process adds more texture and emotion to the final composition. Shots like this one, taken directly into the sun, are very challenging with the one exposure method. HDR process loves it and the image above proves the point. This one was taken the day after a large storm blanketed the north east with feet of snow. Luckily, here in Maryland the storm just skimmed us dumping a couple of inches.
